About Us

Head of Basketball Operations

COACH DONAVEN:

Donaven Hairston is a former collegiate and professional point guard with a passion for developing complete athletes — on and off the court.

A graduate of Milton High School, Donaven earned a full-ride scholarship to play at the collegiate level, where he became a 1,000+ point scorer, a 2x All-Conference selection, and holds the Barton College single-game scoring record with 52 points. He was named NCAA D2 National Player of the Week and finished Top 10 all-time in scoring at Barton with 1,337 points.

After earning degrees in Exercise Science and Sport Management, he signed a professional contract to play overseas in Macedonia.

Now back in Georgia, Donaven uses his experience to lead ONLY HOOPS TRAINING — a system built on elite basketball development, faith-based mentorship, and leadership coaching. His sessions blend structured group and private training with tools like VertiMax, shooting machines, film study, and character development to prepare athletes for the next level


Head of Strength & Conditioning

CASEY MOORE:

Coach Casey Moore brings over 15 years of elite coaching experience in athletic development, movement science, and high-performance training. As the co-founder of ONLY HOOPS TRAINING, Casey serves as both the Head of Strength & Conditioning and Director of Skill Development, creating programs that help athletes perform at their peak — while building resilience, confidence, and leadership along the way.

Casey holds advanced certifications in biomechanics, injury prevention, and power development, and has worked with athletes ranging from youth to pro. His approach blends modern sports science with practical training systems that are simple, powerful, and highly effective. From speed development to vertical enhancement, strength progression to joint integrity, his training sessions are tailored to help athletes move better, train smarter, and dominate with confidence.

Beyond the physical, Casey is known for his ability to connect deeply with athletes. He creates environments that inspire discipline, integrity, and consistency — principles he believes are foundational to growth both on the court and in life.

Through his company, Moore Endurance, Casey has built a respected reputation across Georgia for helping athletes overcome plateaus, return from injury stronger, and exceed their long-term goals. His systems are based on data, precision, and relentless coaching, and now serve as the head of strength and conditioning at Onlyhoops.

Together with Coach Donaven, Casey has helped shape ONLY HOOPS into more than just a training business — it’s a system built on faith, mentorship, discipline, and high-level development.
